My wife was telling me about her elderly friend who was having computer trouble, and I had the most brilliant idea- there should be a line of custom software that is geared towards the elderly. If it was my brand, I’d call it something like silversoft or eldersoft… you get the idea… companies that produce children’s software could probably get in on this- they could start by taking some of their utilities designed for children and then make it less childish. I know that they make photo software for kids… now they just need to make cd burning, etc software for seniors. The only problem would be developing a following among a dying customer base.
